Bobbin Lace
I am always looking for some thing new to try. For a while I have wanted to have a go at bobbin lace. I have been given all the gear from a friend who has given up on the idea. after reading a couple of books on the subject I think I know why they gave up. I plan on giving it a go but I don't hold out much hope of succeeding.

Bobbin lace is something that you need a teacher for. There are lace groups all around Australia which can help you. Check out http://www.austlaceguild.org/index.shtml as a starting point.
