While in Adelaide last week I found this yarn in lincraft, I was happy with a scarf but I found a photo of a bag made out of this yarn so I am planning to unravel it and make a bag with wooden handles.

Crochet Doily

I was given some lovely crochet cotton from Japan. Sharon a friend from quilting visited japan for a 12 day tour . she visited a quilt exhibition and learnt different crafts like Sashiko and indigo dyeing.
I am making Sharon a doily out of a ball of the cotton she brought me. I hope she likes it.I like how the variegated blue and white is forming around the doily.

remember I really would like to see your attempt's at my free patterns.
I have given a free pattern ever month this year and so far no one has posted any finished beading. I don't know if I will be doing this next year, maybe the patterns are not like !

Crochet Motif

I learnt this motif yesterday from . Her site is well worth a look , she had videos for left and right handed crocheters. The five piece motif only took about half an hour to make and it was the first time I had made it .
